A pathway to vocal embodiment:
My teaching approach helps you use intuition to cultivate a relationship between your voice and your body. Trust your body as a source of wisdom. We will use simple exercises rooted in the practices of qigong, yoga, and modern understanding of neuroscience and the regulation of the nervous system.
Connect to your body
Through simple movements, exercises, and mindful attention, you will find your voice grounded and rooted in the physical body.
Connect to your breath
Calm your nervous system and access a state of safety and connection. Release fear and tension.
Connect to your voice ​
Find vocal freedom through playful curiosity. Open the doors of improvisation by opening your ears. Connect your body with the source of your creativity.
